Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our cleaners are thoroughly interviewed and pass a nationwide background check. We do not hire anyone unless they have a clean record.

What is the reschedule policy?

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment without any fees.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a rescheduling fee. A rescheduling fee of 25% of the cleaning fee will apply.

Same-day cancellation: A cancellation fee of 50% of the cleaning fee will apply.
